NZIFST Conference Terms and Conditions

NZIFST MEMBER RATES
NZIFST Membership must be valid in order to purchase member rates. Please check you are an active member by logging into your profile via the Member login on www.nzifst.org.nz. If you are not an active member, your registration will be changed to non-member rates.

TRANSFERS
If you’ve booked for an event where your name has been required, but can’t attend, it’s fine for another person to attend in your place as long as you let us know before June 18th, please email wendy@nzifst.org.nz to organise. 
PLEASE NOTE DELEGATES CANNOT SHARE REGISTRATIONS.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All cancellations must be in writing to wendy@nzifst.org.nz.

  • If received on or before May 31st - full refund
  • If received between 1st June and 7th June - full refund less $200 + gst admin fee.
  • If received between 8th June and 14th June - 50% refund less $200 + gst admin fee.
  • If received after 14th June - any refund will be at the discretion of management.

INCLUSIVE FUNCTIONS

  • If you do not attend any function that is inclusive on your registration, there is no refund for this function.
  • The Women in Science Breakfast on Tuesday 24th June has a limited capacity, so people will go onto a waitlist if this is full.  Please wait for confirmation of your place before attending.
  • The Early Careers Event on Tuesday 24th June is only open to Students and Graduates 2 years post study.

CHANGES TO CONTENT, POSTPONEMENT & EVENT CANCELLATION

  • In the unlikely event of cancellation of this event, there are no plans to deliver the contents virtually.  In such a case, registrations will be refunded less a booking fee.
  • The organisers reserve the right to alter the times, dates and speakers in this conference - before confirming your travel or accommodation, it is your own responsibility to confirm the current programme via the website or contact wendy@nzifst.org.nz
  • While we are sorry if this causes inconvenience, we will not be liable for any loss, damages or sadness arising from such changes.
