New Zealand Food Industry Salary Survey

Lawson Williams and NZIFST first created this survey in 2019 to deliver robust Food Industry Salary Information to NZ businesses.
We were pleased to welcome as a partner in 2021 The New Zealand Food and Grocery Council, FGC.

This survey provides up to date salary information for employers to use in the development of their remuneration strategies. Currently in New Zealand there are only a few sources of robust Food Industry salary information, and many of these are expensive and so out of reach for many businesses. The internet provides an array of data but the accuracy and relevance can be questionable.
