NZIFST Executive Committee Election Nomination Forms

 

NZIFST is governed by a representative Board and managed by an Elected Executive Committee.

NZIFST Elections are held as required to fill any vacancies that arise.

At the AGM in June 2025:

  • Current President Esraa El Shall completes year 2 of a 2-year term in office
  • Current Vice-President Bob Olayo completes year 2 of a 2-year term in office.
  • Current Honorary Treasurer Grant Boston completes year 3 of a second 3-year term in office.
  • The three Elected Officer positions must be re-elected - These are currently held by Hamish Conway, Paulette Elliott and Allan Main.
  • Please note as part of the changes to the NZIFST Constitution signed off at the AGM in Kirikiriroa, Hamilton in July 2024, the term of the Elected Officer has changed from 1 year to 3 years.

Professional and Fellow members are eligible for this role.

Additionally, the nominee must have served on the Board for at least 12 months or have served on a Branch Committee for at least two years.

The current Vice-President is seeking election.

Additionally, the nominee must have served on the Board for at least 12 months or have served on a Branch Committee for at least two years.

Professional and Fellow members are eligible for this role

Nominations for positions on the Executive Committee close at 5pm Monday 12th May 2025.
