What is the Demonstrating Value Workstream aiming to do?
The Demonstrating Value Workstream has been tasked with the following:
- Refresh NZIFST Brand & Logo
- Refresh NZIFST Website
- Targeted Communication Plan per Persona
- Create Member Connection Forums
- Focus on Easy Accessibility of NZIFST Benefits
- Articulate Membership Benefits & Value Propositions
These activities will help NZIFST achieve its current strategic goals of:
- Stopping membership decline by 2026
- Increasing member engagement by 10% by 2026
- Increasing member attendance to Professional Development focussed events by 10% by 2026
- Increasing award nominations by 20% by 2026.

We're looking for new name ideas for NZIFST
As part of the NZIFST Strategic Plan we are entering an exciting phase of revamping our brand. This will include developing a new name and refreshing the look and feel of our logo and general visual identity.
We are now seeking ideas for a new name for NZIFST, and we want to hear from you. (please note that our legal name remains the same, and the new name is for our public face).
We are looking for a new name that is:
- contemporary,
- inspiring
- memorable
- and that respects where we've come from as well as embracing the future.
At this early stage every idea is welcome.
