NZIFST Constitution and Code of Ethics |
The Institute and its members are governed by its Rules and Constitution. The Institute and its members adhere to a Code of Ethics. The NZIFST has recently (2024) undertaken a review of NZIFST Rules and Constitution and Code of Ethics to comply with the recently updated Incorporated Societies Act (2022). NZIFST is in the process of re-registering as an Incorporated Society with this updated Constitution and Code of Ethics. Until this re-registration process is complete, the current NZIFST Rules and Constitution and Code of Ethics apply.
