Job description:

Quality, Environmental and Food Safety Programmes:
Performing qualitative and quantitative measurements used to assure compliance with environmental and other regulations; to assure the safety and quality of raw materials, finished products and water; and to provide chemical measurements essential to processing.

Qualifications and competencies required:

A relevant tertiary qualification (for example): 

    B. Technology (Food), 
    B. Consumer & Applied Science, 
    Bachelor of Science (Food Science and Human Nutrition)

Analytical, good communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills, project management skills, and familiarity with relevant instrumentation, systems and software.
