NZIFST Auckland Branch is pleased to host Lynley Drummond, of Drummond Food Science Advisory Ltd, to give a Zoom presentation on Tuesday 10th November at 6.30pm titled “Do Food Regulations stifle Innovation: A formulation perspective”.

Lynley has over 30 years of academic and industry experience, particularly in formulated complex nutritional and medical foods, and the commercialisation of food and health research in an increasingly rigid regulatory environment. She has published widely in dairy, health and areas of nutrition, infant products and the role of kiwifruit in health, and has filed various patents in these areas.

Her company, Drummond Food Science Advisory Ltd, provides confidential services to a number of multi-national and local companies, focusing on areas of strategic R&D, clinical trial management, health claim validation, IP development and expert defence.
