EHEDG New Zealand Regional Section is excited to be offering a new one-day training course – ‘Hygienic Design Fundamentals’ on August 23rd. Not only is the course a first in NZ, we are also taking it to the regions!

The course will be run at the Hawke’s Bay Business Hub in Ahuriri, Napier with the support of NZ Food Innovation Network (NZ Fin) and Food & Beverage Hawke’s Bay.

This course is a must for anyone responsible for food safety, engineering and cleaning and sanitation in food manufacturing plants; and for equipment supply companies to the food industry to ensure their equipment is fit for purpose and cleanable to required standards.
